Senior Network Engineer
Design and implement enterprise network solutions for our growing client base. You will be responsible for network architecture, troubleshooting, and client consultations.
Requirements: CCNA/CCNP certification, 5+ years networking experience, strong knowledge of firewalls and VPNs.
Cloud Solutions Architect
Lead cloud migration projects and design scalable Azure/AWS architectures. Work directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver optimised cloud environments.
Requirements: Azure/AWS certifications, 3+ years cloud architecture experience, excellent communication skills.
Cybersecurity Analyst
Monitor security systems, conduct vulnerability assessments, and respond to security incidents. Help develop security policies and deliver client training.
Requirements: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent, experience with SIEM tools, knowledge of GDPR and Cyber Essentials.
1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
Provide excellent frontline IT support to our clients via phone, email, and remote access. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
Requirements: CompTIA A+ or equivalent, 1+ years helpdesk experience, strong customer service skills.
